MrMunki, a member of Instructables made a cool magnet powered (you shake the Tic Tac box to recharge a small acumultator) Tic Tac flashlight. This is a really cool project to do in your free time as it is very simple and very cheap and tasty (if the Tic Tac box is full and if you like the Tic Tac taste
).
It needs only :
- a TicTac box
- a LED
- 4 diodes (1N4148)
- a resistor (22 Ohms)
- a small switch
- 150 ft. 30 gauge enamel-coated magnet wire
- 4 1/8″ rare earth magnets
- an empty pen case
Here are some photos taken from Instructables page (click on the link to see a detailed tutorial).
